*Rebates are not allowed in all states. In some states, a gift card or commission credit at closing may be provided in lieu of the Cash-Back bonus. All real estate transactions are negotiable. participants must be registered prior to the start of a transaction. Rebates are subject to the consent of the represented party. Buyer Rebates must be approved by the lender’s underwriter and must be disclosed to all parties in intermediary transactions. The recipient may be responsible for taxes on the rebate. The recipient buyer or seller must be exclusively represented by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stovall, Realtors®, and be either active duty, retired service with 20 years, or service-disabled. Rebates may not be taken in addition to or combined with other broker credits or discounts. Rebates do not apply on transactions where a referral fee is due. Maximum one rebate per year.
