Military Home Connections is a free real estate rebate program that allows you to earn cash back when you buy or sell a home.

TO BE ELIGIBLE, you must be either active duty, retired military (20 years of service), or a service-disabled vet.

WHEN YOU BUY OR SELL A HOME through Military Home Connections you’ll receive a cash rebate* based on the actual sales price – not a fixed amount based on a range of values – and you’ll receive your rebate at closing! Buyers using local approved lenders may receive an additional $500 in closing cost credit.

*Rebates are not allowed in all states. In some states, a gift card or commission credit at closing may be provided in lieu of the Cash-Back bonus. All real estate transactions are negotiable. participants must be registered prior to the start of a transaction. Rebates are subject to the consent of the represented party. Buyer Rebates must be approved by the lender’s underwriter and must be disclosed to all parties in intermediary transactions. The recipient may be responsible for taxes on the rebate. The recipient buyer or seller must be exclusively represented by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stovall, Realtors®, and be either active duty, retired service with 20 years, or service-disabled. Rebates may not be taken in addition to or combined with other broker credits or discounts. Rebates do not apply on transactions where a referral fee is due. Maximum one rebate per year. Rebate may be paid to a buyer or seller, but not both.
