Sellers of properties listed here have authorized Broker to disclose to prospective buyers and their agents that Seller will consider contributing toward buyer expenses (buyer’s broker fees or other expenses payable by buyer) under a sales contract. Sellers are not obligated to pay this amount or any other amount unless Seller agrees to such payment in a sales contract or other written agreement, or unless Brokers have agreed in writing in other separate written agreements such as TXR 2406 (Addendum Regarding Brokers’ Fees). Seller has the sole discretion to determine the amount Seller will pay towards buyer’s expenses during negotiations with the buyer.
