Sellers of the following properties have authorized BHHS Stovall Realtors (Listing Broker) to pay another broker the following fees if the other broker represents and procures a buyer who purchases the property.  Buyer agents should attach TxR form 2402 (Compensation Agreement Between Brokers) with the offer.

Broker compensation or the sharing of compensation between brokers is not set by law nor fixed, controlled,. recommended, or suggested by the Association of REALTORS(R), MLS, or any listing service. Broker compensation is fully negotiable. Brokers independently determine their fees.
