Good Communication

December 30, 2016 by Steve Stovall Leave a Comment

Good communication is key for an agent to help their client.

We value that here at Stovall, Realtors, and our broker Steve Stovall explains how important it is to have good communication throughout the whole transaction.

Have you ever had one of those customer service experiences where you leave a message and you feel like you get passed from one person to another? That’s frustrating, isn’t it?

Here at Stovall, Realtors we feel like communication is very important to a real estate transaction. That’s why when you work with one of our agents, you get to work with the very same agent, from the beginning of the transaction all the way until closing. Your agent is your agent, but they’re not working alone.

We have a marketing director who makes beautiful photography and videos. We have a relocation director and an office manager who takes care of our files and makes sure that our files are complete and compliant, and you have me, the broker. I’m on site, and I don’t compete with the agents. My job is to make sure that the agents have what they need and that the client’s transaction goes smoothly.

We know that buying a home or selling a home is one of the most important things that you’ll ever do. At Stovall, Realtors we’re honored to be a part of that, with individual and personal service.
