The policy of Stovall Realtors®, is to offer the broadest possible range of services and choices to our clients and customers to allow them to make informed decisions. One of those decisions involves the agency relationship that will be established with our company. Sellers should discuss representation with their agent. Acting under an established Listing Agreement, the agent is obligated to treat the seller with honesty, fairness, acountability, reasonable care, give undivided loyalty, confidentiality, full disclosure, objective evaluations, price counseling, offer advice and opinions, and assist in negotiations. In those transactions when both the seller and buyer have enlisted the services of Stovall Realtors®, the company will act as an intermediary, either with appointments (two-agents-one working for the seller and one working for the buyer) or without appointments (one agent working with both the seller and the buyer). Seller's Tip - Don't necessarily list with agent or the company who tells you what you want to hear. Your choice of agent should be based on what an agent and company can do for you, not whoever tells you the highest possible listing price. Your choice of listing price should be based on market date - facts.
