I created a seminar that teaches people how to buy a home from start to finish. The course applies to everyone from renters who may have credit issues to homeowners who have been out of the market for awhile. The "Homeless to Homestead" seminar can be downloaded from the Abilene Board of Realtors website. The course struck such a chord with the National Association of Realtors, I was invited to speak in front of the National Convention. I am a member of the Abilene Board of Realtors where I serve as a chairperson for the Public Relations committee. I am also an Accredited Buyers Representative. I have a talent for seeing profit potential in Real Estate. There are so many methods for building wealth in this industry. I have also worked extensively with investors in Abilene and Austin by helping them boost their profits through buying and selling properties in a more efficient manner. I was awarded the Presidential Award by the Abilene Board of Realtors for outstanding service in 2010.
